Location

Circadio uses your device's location to provide location-dependent features, including solar calculations, sunrise and sunset times, solar position, UV-related information, Vitamin D windows, and local weather conditions.

Circadio does not operate a server that stores your location or maintains a history of the places you have used the app.

Weather

Circadio uses Apple WeatherKit to obtain weather information for your location. Requests made through WeatherKit are subject to Apple's applicable privacy practices and terms.

Solar calculations

Calculations relating to the position of the sun and solar events are performed by Circadio on your device.

Notifications

If you choose to enable solar notifications, Circadio schedules them locally on your device. Circadio does not operate a remote push-notification service and does not collect push-notification tokens.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

Circadio does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and does not use your activity for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Personal information

Circadio does not require an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, date of birth, or health information in order to use the app.

Data storage

Circadio does not operate a backend database for storing personal user data. Some preferences may be stored locally on your device so that the app can remember your settings.

Your choices

You can control Circadio's access to location and notifications through the privacy and notification settings on your device. Disabling a permission may prevent features that depend on it from working.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Circadio's features or data practices change. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
